Time for Google Buzz to buzz-off

Well not too long ago Google released a new social networking app called Google Buzz. Having tried it for just a week or so and noticed it flaws (especially the privacy aspect) I've been looking for a way to remove the whole thing all together.

Previously Google did a quick patch by giving you the option not to let others see your contacts list which is ok but I think its already done its damage and really they should have done more testing before releasing this. Now apparently they have a lawsuit on their hands on this matter so will see how it goes.

If you want to get rid of Buzz all together, Google have now enable the option to delete the whole Google Buzz profile itself and remove it from your Gmail account. Want to know how?

1. Within Gmail, goto your Account settings.
2. Click on the Buzz tab (the most right option of the settings tab).
3. Click on Disable Buzz and then you will be prompted to confirm this change.

That's it!
